I am developing a theme switching app for netbeans. I stumbled upon this page when I was searching for netbeans themes. I see theme has been developed as a solution for PHP development. I want to make this generic for all mime types in netbeans. Do I have the permission to download / adapt and include the theme in my plugin? Also, can I mention you in plugin credits ?
